PRADIP CHANDA has spent more than thirty years as a senior Corporate Executive (fourteen as CEO) working for multinationals in India, such as Unilever, Glaxo SmithKline, EMI, Universal Studios, and a JV between Pearson, Carlton and Hindustan Times. He led one of India's most successful turnaround to date: HMV's (EMI India) from the verge of closure to once again becoming the No.1 Music Company in India.

Pradip is also an author, columnist, and a noted speaker on Corporate Turnarounds and Change Management. His book "The Second Coming-Creativity In Corporate Turnarounds" (Tata McGraw-Hill, Delhi 2000) has been widely acknowledged as a valuable guide for practicing managers. Pradip is the affectionate grandfather of two toddlers, and divides his free time between his family and his golf.
